  • Does it support Android phones, tablet devices, and laptops?

    Yes, it does. As long as the smart device has a Type-C interface, it can be used with this product. This product supports the following systems: Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and iPadOS.

  • Does it support phones before iPhone 15?

    No. Phones before iPhone 15 use Lightning interface and do not have direct storage function. Our new product P10 Plus supports Apple devices with Lightning interface (iOS 13.0 and above)

  • What is the read and write speed of the device?

    The P10 has a read speed of 2000MB/s and a write speed of 1800MB/s.

  • Can Live Photos be directly stored?

    Yes, they can. However, due to the nature of Live Photos on Apple devices, the files are stored on the hard drive in the form of image files and video files combined. When you copy these files from the hard drive to your phone, they will be converted back into Live Photos.

  • How can l directly record videos to the hard drive on an iPhone 15?

    Connect the hard drive to your phone, open the camera, and the system will automatically save the captured videos to the hard drive without any additional setting.

  • I don't need to use the hard drive temporarily, but it keeps draining my phone's battery. Whatshould l do?

    Press the power button on the hard drive to turn it off and disconnect the power supply. This will prevent the hard drive from consuming your phone's battery.

  • When using an SSD testing software, l cannot achieve the sequential read and write speed of2000MB/s. Why is that?

    Different testing software may have variances. When using CrystalDiskMark for testing, thesequential read and write speed can reach 2000MB/s.
