Eligible Products</h2><p>Returns may be accepted for DACs, amplifiers, desktop audio devices, universal-fit IEMs, and standard cables or adapters, provided the item is unused or in like-new condition and is returned complete with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.</p><h2>4. Non-Returnable Products</h2><p>Except where an item is DOA, defective, damaged, or incorrect, the following are not eligible for return:</p><ul><li>Custom-made or personalized products</li><li>Custom in-ear monitors (CIEMs)</li><li>Ear tips, earplugs, holsters, and other hygiene-sensitive accessories</li><li>Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation</li></ul><h2>5. Return Conditions</h2><p>Before returning an item, contact us for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned products must be securely packaged and include all original components. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, EMiUZEK will provide an appropriate return solution.</p><h2>6. Refund Amounts and Fees</h2><p>We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, import duties, and taxes are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Exchange-rate differences and bank or payment-provider fees are outside our control and are not reimbursed.</p><h2>7. Refund Processing Time</h2><p>After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.</p><h2>8.
