      recharge the BTR11 back up to 90% in just one hour. Charging is

    3. What should I do if the BTR11 does not work normally?

    【Clear the pairing information on your phone】

    Go to Settings-Bluetooth to delete the BTR11 pairing information and reconnect it to BTR11.

    【Clear the pairing information on BTR11】

    When it is on, hold both the volume- and volume+ buttons at the same time for about 5s. The BTR11 will turn off. It will enter pairing mode automatically after powering on.

    【Could not be turned on】

    Use the adapter with small current or the USB port in the computer to charge the BTR11 for 1-2 hours. Then turn on the BTR11 again.

    4.Introduction of the buttons and ports，Bluetooth function usage

    Power on/off

    If the device is off, hold the multifunction button for about 3 seconds until the blue light flashes quickly three times to turn on the device.

    If the device is on, hold the multifunction button for about 5 seconds until the blue light flashes quickly three times to turn off the device.

    Enter pairing mode

    1. Never been connected before: The device will automatically enter the pairing mode once being turned on with the red and blue lights alternately flashing quickly.

    2. Force the device to enter pairing mode: When the device is on, hold the multifunction button for about 3 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately.

    3. Clear pairing: When the device is on, hold the volume+ and volume-  buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.

    4. The BTR11 only supports connecting with two devices at the same time.

    Enter reconnecting mode

    1. After losing connection, the blue light will quickly flash twice every three seconds. Short press the multifunction button for reconnecting.

    2. After the device restarted, it will automatically reconnect to the last connected device.

    Play/Pause, Answer/Hang up/Cancel a call: Short press the multifunction button

    Reject a call: Hold the multifunction button for about 2 seconds when there is an incoming call

    Volume up/down: Short press the volume+/- button

    Switch songs: Hold the volume+/- button for about 2 seconds

    Activate voice assistant: Double press the multifunction button

    5.How to update the Bluetooth firmware of BTR11?
    1. Please update the FiiO Control App to the latest version (Click the link to get the latest Android version: https://forum.fiio.com/note/showNoteContent.do?id=202105071628040377809&tid=17
    2. Ensure that the FiiO Control App is the latest version. Enter My devices->Tap the BTR11 to complete the connection. After a successful connection, it will enter the BTR11 firmware update page.
    6. How to connect the BTR11 to two Bluetooth mobile phones simultaneously?

    After a successful pairing with device 1, hold the Multifunction button for about 5s to enter the pairing mode again. Search for "BTR11" on device 2 and pair it with the BTR11. Back to device 1, select "FIIO BTR11" in the Bluetooth device list and reconnect them; or, restart the BTR11 after a successful pairing with device 2, so the BTR11 can be connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

    The BTR11 is a Bluetooth receiver without Bluetooth transmitting function, so it could not connect to Bluetooth headphones.

    7.About the microphone function in BTR11

    The in-line remote control and microphone function in headphone are not supported by the BTR11. You would need to use the microphone in the BTR11 when connecting BTR11to headphone with microphone.

    [The game voice has the problem of poor sound quality. Is it possible to improve it later?]

    The game Bluetooth voice quality is poor, which is due to to the game app and mobile phone system. And after many mobile phones enter  games, they will switch to mono mode, and the sound quality is even worse. Not directly related to the BTR11.

    8. Battery related matters of the BTR11

    The BTR11 has a high-performance lithium polymer battery with a capacity of 120mAh.

    What power supply adapter is suggested to charge the BTR11?  

    The BTR11 doesn't support fast charging. Some fast charging adapters can charge the BTR11, but the BTR11 won't be turned to fast charging mode and may have incompatible issues.

    So it is recommended to use a 5V1A charger, which can fully charge the BTR11 in about 1.5 hours

    9. Hardware configuration and decoding capability of BTR11

    BTR11 uses Bluetooth chip：BES2700IHC，AMP chip：HT97220

    Bluetooth codecs support LDAC，AAC,SBC

    USB decoding is not supported. LDAC support up to 96k.
