This policy explains which products can be returned, under what conditions, and within what time frame.

Products Eligible for Return
The following products may be returned if they are unused, complete, and in original condition:
• DACs
• Amplifiers
• Desktop Audio Devices
• Universal IEMs (UIEMs)
• Standard Audio Cables & Adapters
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund, except for DOA cases:
• Custom cables or personalized products
• CIEM (Custom In-Ear Monitors)
• Ear tips, earplugs, holsters (hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
• Be in original, unused condition
• Include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts
• Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
Items returned incomplete or damaged may be partially refunded or rejected.
Refund Amount & Fees
• DOA / Defective Items:
- Full refund or free replacement
- Return shipping cost refunded
• Non-defective Returns:
- Refund amount = Paid price minus 10% restocking fee
- Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable
Currency exchange differences and bank transaction fees are not covered by EMiUZEK.
Refund Processing Time
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refund arrival time depends on the payment method and issuing bank.
Exchanges
• We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Warranty Summary
• DACs / Amplifiers / IEMs / Dongles: 1-Year Warranty.
• Cables & Adapters: 3-Month Warranty.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use.

• Reason for return
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
