Does it support Android phones, tablet devices, and laptops?
Yes, it does. As long as the smart device has a Type-C interface, it can be used with this product. This product supports the following systems: Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and iPadOS.
Does it support phones before iPhone 15?
No. Phones before iPhone 15 use Lightning interface and do not have direct storage function. Our new product P10 Plus supports Apple devices with Lightning interface (iOS 13.0 and above)
When using an SSD testing software, l cannot achieve the sequential read and write speed of1000MB/s. Why is that?
Different testing software may yield different results. When using CrystalDiskMark for testing, the sequential read and write speeds can reach 1000MB/s.
What should l do if l can't copy files to or read files from the hard drive when connected toiPhone 15/16?
1. Connect the hard drive to a computer and check if the hard drive is formatted in exFAT format. If not, you will need to back up all the files on the hard drive and format it to exFAT format.
2. If the hard drive is also not recognized when connected to a computer, try checking it using Disk Management or other disk utility tools on a Windows computer to see if it can be detected. If it still cannot be recognized, there may be a hardware issue with the hard drive. Please contact the technical support team at support@aiffro.com, provide details of the situation, and include the order number.
