Orders & Payment
Order Processing Time
- Standard products: Processed within 1–3 business days
- Customized or made-to-order products: Processed within 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
商品価格に税金は含まれていますか？
ブラジル：商品価格には、ブラジルの関税、輸入税、およびICMSなどの地方税は含まれていません。ブラジル向け注文では、EMiUZEKはこれらの費用を購入手続き時に徴収しません。適用される関税・税金、通関手数料や配送業者の取扱手数料は、配達前または配達時に税関当局や配送業者から別途請求される場合があり、受取人の負担となります。購入手続き時の税額がゼロでも、輸入時の費用が免除されることを意味しません。

米国：在庫のある通常商品は発送準備に1～3営業日かかります。0～30kgの注文では、発送後の輸送は無料の通常配送で5～8営業日、速達配送（15.00米ドル）で3～5営業日です。到着までの合計目安はそれぞれ6～11営業日、4～8営業日です。発送準備期間と輸送期間は別です。米国向けには、以下の一般的な国際配送期間より、この目安が優先されます。利用可能な配送方法と到着予定日は、配送・税金ポリシーおよび購入手続き画面でご確認ください。
通常商品の国際配送：地域により合計6～23営業日（発送準備1～3営業日、輸送5～20営業日）が目安です。
United States: Standard in-stock products take 1–3 business days to process. Transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days with free standard shipping, or 3–5 business days with Express (USD 15.00), for orders weighing 0–30 kg. Estimated total delivery is 6–11 or 4–8 business days respectively. Processing time is separate from transit time. These U.S. estimates take precedence over the general international range below. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
商品を返品できますか？
対象商品の返品は、商品を受け取ってから30日以内にお申し込みください。発送前に service@emiuzek.com までご連絡ください。詳しい条件、例外、手順は返品ポリシーをご確認ください。
返金額と手数料
再入庫手数料はかかりません。
- 不良、破損、誤配送が確認された商品の返送料は EMiUZEK が負担します。発送前に返品手順についてお問い合わせください。
- 不良ではない対象商品またはお客様都合による返品の返送料は、購入者が負担します。
- 承認された商品代金の返金は、元のお支払い方法に返金します。
- 当初の配送料、輸入関税および税金の返金は、適用法と実際に返金可能な金額に基づきます。法律で義務付けられた返金の権利が優先されます。
為替差額および銀行の取引手数料は、適用法により別途義務付けられる場合を除き、EMiUZEK では負担しません。
本ポリシーは、お客様の法定の消費者権利を制限しません。適用法により異なる権利または追加の権利が認められる場合は、その権利が優先されます。
返品条件
不良ではない対象商品またはお客様都合による返品では、未使用の商品に加え、開封済みでも新品同様の状態の商品を受け付けます。元の梱包、すべての付属品、説明書、特典、購入証明をそろえてください。開封したことだけを理由に返品をお断りすることはありません。破損、改変、不足、または新品同様の状態を超える使用がある場合、適用法に従い一部返金または返品をお断りすることがあります。この条件は、不良、破損、誤配送による返品および法定の消費者権利を制限しません。
次の商品は原則として返品・返金の対象外ですが、到着時の不具合（DOA）、故障、破損、誤配送がある場合、または適用法により返品・返金が求められる場合は例外です。
返品商品を受け取り検品した後、承認された返金は7暦日以内に元のお支払い方法へ入金されます。適用法でこれより短い返金期限が義務付けられている場合は、その期限が優先されます。

DAC、アンプ、デスクトップオーディオ機器、ユニバーサルIEM、標準のオーディオケーブルとアダプターは、未使用、または開封済みでも新品同様の状態で、元の梱包、付属品、説明書、購入証明がそろっていれば返品できます。
Non-Returnable Items
次の商品は原則として返品・返金の対象外ですが、到着時の不具合（DOA）、故障、破損、誤配送がある場合、または適用法により返品・返金が求められる場合は例外です。
特注ケーブル・個別仕様の商品、CIEM（カスタムIEM）、衛生上の理由によるイヤーチップ・耳栓・ケース、および誤用・改造・不適切な設置により損傷した商品。
これらの条件は、消費者の法定の権利を制限しません。

Uncompressed formats like FLAC and WAV are ideal as they preserve the original audio quality without data loss. High-resolution formats such as DSD and MQA also offer superior fidelity, provided you have compatible playback equipment.
What is the difference between a standalone DAC and the built-in DAC in a smartphone?
A standalone DAC typically offers higher decoding precision, supports more high-resolution formats like DSD, and has better noise isolation, resulting in cleaner, more detailed sound. Smartphone DACs are optimized for space and power efficiency, often with limited format support and lower signal-to-noise ratios, leading to less refined audio reproduction.

Can this audio receiver connect to vintage speakers?
Yes, it can connect to vintage speakers by matching impedance ratings. Use binding posts or banana plugs for secure connections, and adapters like RCA or spade if needed to bridge different connector standards, ensuring correct polarity for optimal sound quality.
What types of audio connectors does this receiver support?
It supports analog audio via RCA and XLR, digital audio through S/PDIF, HDMI with eARC for object-based audio like Dolby Atmos, and USB for file playback. Some models also include phono inputs for turntables with magnetic cartridges.
Does this receiver support multi-room audio playback?
Yes, it supports multi-room audio by linking wirelessly via WiFi or wired connections. Using a dedicated app, you can sync audio across multiple rooms, create custom speaker groups, and stream from external inputs like HDMI or phono to connected speakers throughout your home.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
You can request a shipping address change within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page with your order number and new address. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
