Orders & Payment
Order Processing Time
- Standard products: Processed within 1–3 business days
- Customized or made-to-order products: Processed within 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping
- Orders below USD 50: USD 9.99 shipping fee
- Orders USD 50 or above: Free standard shipping (where applicable)
Express Shipping
- Express shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination
- The final cost is displayed at checkout
When will my order be delivered?
Standard Product Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 6–23 business days, depending on location. (Processing: 1–3 business days | Delivery: 5–20 business days)

Can I Return my product?
Products Eligible for Return：
The following products may be returned if they are unused, complete, and in original condition:

Amplifiers
Desktop Audio Devices
Universal IEMs (UIEMs)
Standard Audio Cables & Adapters
Non-Returnable Items：
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund, except for DOA cases:
Custom cables or personalized products
CIEM (Custom In-Ear Monitors)
Ear tips, earplugs, holsters (hygiene reasons)
Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
Return Conditions：
Returned items must:
Be in original, unused condition
Include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts
Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
Items returned incomplete or damaged may be partially refunded or rejected.
