The Gustard R30 is a flagship fully-discrete R2R network streaming DAC built around 27-bit resistor ladder architecture with an integrated OCXO oven-controlled crystal oscillator. It combines USB, I²S, coaxial, AES/EBU, optical and network streaming inputs with balanced XLR and single-ended RCA outputs for reference-grade digital-to-analog conversion.

Every signal-path component is an individual surface-mount resistor, capacitor and op-amp hand-selected by Gustard engineers — no integrated DAC chip. The 27-bit R2R ladder delivers natural, non-oversampling character with exceptional midrange purity.
Built-In OCXO Oven-Controlled Clock
An ultra-stable clock source maintained at constant temperature inside a sealed chamber reduces jitter below 5ps RMS across all sample rates, even during long playback sessions where ambient heat affects standard oscillators.
Native DSD1024 & PCM 1536kHz
Supports native DSD up to DSD1024 and PCM up to 1536kHz via I²S, with DSD512 and 768kHz over USB. Three selectable digital filter modes — Linear Sharp, Minimum Slow and Super Slow — let you tailor the presentation.
Network Streaming & Full Connectivity
Built-in network streamer supports Roon Ready, AirPlay, DLNA and UPnP. USB-B, I²S (HDMI), AES/EBU, coaxial and optical inputs cover every digital source, while balanced XLR (5.1Vrms) and RCA (2.5Vrms) outputs connect to any amplifier or preamp.
