Orders & Payment

Order Processing Time
  • Standard products: Processed within 1–3 business days
  • Customized or made-to-order products: Processed within 3–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Are taxes included in the product price?

All prices displayed on EMiUZEK.com exclude VAT, customs duties, and import taxes.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Can I Return my product?

The following products may be returned if they are unused, complete, and in original condition:

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund, except for DOA cases:
Custom cables or personalized products
CIEM (Custom In-Ear Monitors)
Ear tips, earplugs, holsters (hygiene reasons)
Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation

Return Conditions:
Returned items must:
Be in original, unused condition
Include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts
Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
Items returned incomplete or damaged may be partially refunded or rejected.

Uncompressed formats like FLAC and WAV are ideal as they preserve the original audio quality without data loss. High-resolution formats such as DSD and MQA also offer superior fidelity, provided you have compatible playback equipment.

What is the difference between a standalone DAC and the built-in DAC in a smartphone?

A standalone DAC typically offers higher decoding precision, supports more high-resolution formats like DSD, and has better noise isolation, resulting in cleaner, more detailed sound. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

You can request a shipping address change within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page with your order number and new address. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
