1. Overview
At EMiUZEK, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains our return, exchange, and warranty terms: 30-day return/exchange and 1-year warranty on all products.
2. 30-Day Return & Exchange
You may return or exchange any eligible product within 30 days of delivery.

3. Products Eligible for Return
Products may be returned if they are unused, complete, and in original condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund, except for DOA cases:
- Custom cables or personalized products
- CIEM (Custom In-Ear Monitors)
- Ear tips, earplugs, holsters (hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts
- Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
Items returned incomplete or damaged may be partially refunded or rejected.
6. 1-Year Warranty
All EMiUZEK products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Within the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refund arrival time depends on the payment method and issuing bank.
8. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
