Can I replace the op-amps?
Yes. The installed JRC5532DD operational amplifiers are socketed and user-replaceable. Use only electrically compatible models and disconnect power before opening the unit.
Will changing the op-amps change the sound?
Compatible op-amps may subtly alter sound characteristics, but results depend on the component and system and are not guaranteed to be an upgrade.
Does the Q7 support LDAC?
No. Supported Bluetooth codecs are aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX, AAC and SBC.
Can it drive passive speakers?
No. Use XLR or RCA with a power amplifier or active speakers.
